My architecture practice began in 1990. Prior to establishing the practice, my professional background was in construction management, where I became well versed in all subcontracting trades and developed the broad perspective required to carry a project’s vision from concept through completion.
While I have completed a range of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, residential architecture has remained a consistent and central focus of my work. My experience includes new homes and major renovations in suburban, urban, and rural settings, with project budgets ranging from the hundreds of thousands to approximately $2.5 million. My work spans NYC apartments as well as private residences throughout Westchester County and New Jersey.
I am licensed in New York and New Jersey and have worked extensively throughout all five boroughs of New York City. I am well versed in Department of Buildings procedures and zoning variance applications, and I guide clients personally through every phase of the design and construction process.
Every client and project is unique. My services are tailored to the specific goals, budget, and character of each project. I am comfortable working in contemporary, classical, and eclectic design languages, whether the work involves a renovation or a new residence.
